Mojo CoHouse is a unique place for hospitality and art, situated in the very centre and most historical part of Palermo inside a beautifully renovated building.
We have four independent flats and ten rooms, each with its private bathroom. We offer both short term accommodations and longer term co-living experience. Included in the price are also workspaces for travellers that have to work remotely, and a range of shared facilities and common spaces for guests to enjoy and socialize.
Because we are big on promoting local and international culture, when you come to Mojo, you can expect to immerse yourself in a place full of art, diversity and conviviality. We organize a range of events regularly, from jam sessions to aperitivo on the terrace. All included in the price!

Right in the centre of Palermo
Mojo CoHouse is located in a very strategic position, right by the Quattro Canti – the heart of the historic centre of Palermo. We are surrounded by famous landmarks and beautiful buildings, local markets such as Il Capo and Ballarò, and the Mediterranean sea is only a 10-minute walk away.
The centre of the Palermo nightlife, La Vucciria neighbourhood, is also just a few steps away. Yet, we are in a very quiet corner of a pedestrian street, close to the central train station and to the bus stops to and from the airport.
Bike and car sharing services are also at our doorstep, so you can choose to go and relax on the beautiful beach of Mondello one day, then go explore the breathtaking natural reserve of Capo Gallo the next. Monreale, Cefalù, San Vito Lo Capo… the options are endless for you to enjoy a real Sicilian stay!
